FAQS
You Might Be Wondering
"I don't have time for a course right now."
This program was designed for busy professionals. It’s completely self-paced. Journey through these 4 modules with 18 short, interactive lessons whenever it makes sense for you: in brief spurts, during lunch, or over weekends. Most participants complete it in 8-12 hours total, but you control the timeline. If you have time to feel stuck, you have time to get unstuck.
"I'm not certain I'm 'leadership material.'"
That belief is precisely why this course exists. You’re already exercising leadership every day. You simply haven’t been given the framework to recognize it, name it, and grow it. STEPS changes that. We define leadership as ‘the art and science of influencing people in a specific direction.’ Nobody has more influence on every aspect of the business than the administrative force powering the effort.
"The cost is significant for me."
Consider this: remaining stuck costs more. Missed promotions. Unrealized potential. Years of feeling undervalued. This investment pays for itself with one raise, one opportunity you wouldn’t have pursued otherwise. And you’re protected by our 15-day guarantee.
That said, we do offer need-based financial assistance on a case-by-case basis. To apply, write us a note that tells us about you, your situation, and what taking this course means to you (600 words or less) here.
"Will this work for someone at my level?"
STEPS is valuable whether you’re early in your career or a seasoned EA. The BLUEPRINT process meets you where you are. Your Leadership Model will be uniquely yours.
"What if my employer won't pay?"
Many participants invest in themselves. At $449, it’s accessible. And the return extends across your entire career. That said, many organizations do cover professional development. We can help you make the case.
"Is this only for executive assistants?"
This course is for all administrative professionals. While it was inspired by an EA, the lessons are valuable for anyone in an administrative or support role who wants to develop as a leader, not merely as an employee.
